Account Creation

Our Rights
All content, features, and technologies of our platform remain the exclusive property of Prometheus Vision. This includes our brand, logos, software, and proprietary methodologies.
Your Rights
You retain ownership of your data and content. For models and solutions developed as part of our services, rights are defined in your service contract.
License Granted
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our services in accordance with these terms.
Allowed Use

Prohibited Use

Important Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results. Use of AI recommendations and solutions remains at your discretion and risk.
Liability Exclusions
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits resulting from use of our services.
Liability Cap
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the past 12 months.
By You

- • 30-day notice may be required for certain contracts
- • You retain access until the end of the billed period
By Us
- • For violation of these terms
- • For non-payment after notification
- • For fraudulent or abusive activity
- • With reasonable notice for any other reason
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email and/or via our platform at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from protections granted by the laws of your country of residence.

Online Dispute Resolution

- • These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prometheus Vision
- • If any provision is found invalid, the others remain in effect
- • Our failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver
- • You may not assign these terms without our written consent
